Building Strength Through Community & Identity
Founded in March 2024, Afro Diaspora Nurses Connect (ADNC) was created in response to the growing need for a strong, inclusive, and supportive nursing community for people of African and Caribbean descent. ADNC brings together Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), nursing students, and Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs).
