Afro Diaspora Nurses Connect (ADNC) was founded in March 2024 to address the need for a strong, inclusive, and supportive community for nurses and future nurses of African and Caribbean descent. The organization brings together Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), nursing students, and Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) across diverse healthcare pathways.
